what it means
Eunoia is the warm current of goodwill and trust that binds a speaker to their audience. The picture is an orator stepping to a podium, meeting the crowd's eyes not with cunning or flattery, but with honest benevolence that invites listeners to lean forward. Coined from the Greek eu (well) and nous (mind), eunoia is literally a well-disposed mind. Aristotle taught that speakers win belief through three powers: practical wisdom, virtue, and eunoia. When an audience senses that you genuinely wish them well, suspicion melts away. It is the shortest English word containing all five vowels, and the heart of persuasion.
Do grego eu (bom) e nous (mente).
ギリシャ語の eu(良き)と nous(心)に由来。
