Terms of Use

Doodlingo web app is operated by Doodlingo Edtech Private Limited ("Doodlingo"). By accessing or using the collaborator workspace you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use, including future updates. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

The Service grants access to curated learning rituals, AI copilots, animations, and analytics. We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time to keep the experience evolving.

All designs, text, graphics, illustrations, software, and learning data inside the workspace remain the exclusive property of Doodlingo. You may not reproduce, scrape, commercialize, or reverse engineer the content except as expressly permitted in these Terms.

By using the workspace you confirm the following:

• Registration information is accurate and kept up to date.
• You have legal capacity and will comply with these Terms.
• You are not a minor in your jurisdiction.
• You will not access the platform via bots, scripts, or other automated means.
• You will only use the workspace for lawful, authorized purposes.

Providing inaccurate or incomplete information may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Doodlingo may reclaim usernames deemed inappropriate. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

• Collecting user data for unsolicited communication.
• Scraping or mining workspace data without written consent.
• Automating actions, interfering with infrastructure, or bypassing access controls.
• Impersonating other users or using the platform to harass, abuse, or violate laws.

You can cancel anytime from account settings; service continues through the paid term. Suspensions, terminations, or voluntary closures do not trigger refunds.

Transactions are handled by partners such as Stripe under their own terms. Doodlingo is not liable for outages or issues stemming from third-party payment processors.

Links to other services are provided for convenience. Doodlingo does not endorse or control external sites and is not responsible for any damages arising from their use.

THE WORKSPACE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. DOODLINGO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED. OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO FEES PAID DURING THE SIX-MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold Doodlingo harmless against claims arising from your use of the service, breach of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
