As a UI/UX Designer in WebDynamics, I'm responsible for the design process from ideation to execution, always keeping the user in focus. On a recent project, redesigning an e-commerce website, our primary challenge was simplifying the navigation and improving user engagement.
We initiated the project with extensive user research, utilizing interviews, surveys, and even A/B testing to identify pain points. Following this, we started wireframing and prototyping phases using tools such as Figma and Adobe XD to develop a functional and visually pleasing design.
Based on feedback, we iteratively improved the design, culminating in a more intuitive navigation system and an attractive interface.
