Write three paragraph openings for the plan given, each joining back to the one before by a different kind.

Plan — prompt: is tourism good for historic cities?

Paragraph 1: tourism funds preservation
Paragraph 2: the money reaches only the districts that already have it
Paragraph 3: residents leave, and the city becomes a set

Write the opening sentence of paragraphs 2 and 3, plus the closing sentence of paragraph 1 they join back to.
