Working as a Project Manager at TechLeap, a software development company, has given me plenty of hands-on experience with remote collaboration using Microsoft Teams. As we were developing a new mobile application for a major client, Teams became our central platform for communication and coordination.
We utilized Teams for various activities, from hosting daily stand-ups to sharing project files and updates. Teams helped us maintain seamless communication with both our internal team as well as the client. One key benefit of Teams was the ability to store chat history and shared files; having a single consolidated location for our project data made the overall management process more efficient.
Despite some initial challenges in training team members on all the available features, the increase in collaboration and overall productivity using Teams was significant, leading us to successfully meet our project milestones on time.
