As an associate consultant at TechBridge, I worked with a client from the logistics industry facing inefficiencies in their project management and communication. The cross-functional nature of their work, coupled with a dispersed workforce, posed significant coordination challenges. To address this, we decided to leverage Zoho Projects and Zoho Connect.
We relied on Zoho Projects to plan, track, and coordinate tasks, while integrating holistic time tracking and issue tracking modules for a comprehensive overview. Simultaneously, Zoho Connect was established as the team's communication backbone, foster a sense of community and enhancing internal collaboration. With these Zoho applications, we were able to streamline the client's project management, improve team communication, and ultimately increase productivity across their business.
