In my role as an Associate Consultant, it's paramount to ensure fairness and inclusivity when assessing the performance of both individuals and teams. I've found that inclusivity leads to richer insights and more comprehensive solutions, benefiting both the workplace environment and our clients.
During a recent project assessment, we designed a 360-degree feedback system. This allowed everyone involved in the project, regardless of their role or seniority, to provide feedback on each other's performance. It ensured diverse perspectives were considered in the evaluation process, thus promoting an inclusive environment.
