Sample Response: Associate

As a professional animator at CartoonCraft, my creative process involves several stages. Initially, during the pre-production phase, I spend time understanding the story and developing detailed storyboards to visually plan entire scenes.

Once the storyboard is finalized, I move on to the production phase where I apply 3D modeling or 2D animation techniques, depending on the project's requirements. For 3D animation, I typically work with Maya to create and rig characters, using ZBrush for more intricate detailing.

During post-production, I refine the animations, streamline character movements, include effects, conduct sound dubbing, and add suitable lighting. For a recent cartoon series, I was responsible for creating complex animal characters. The process involved meticulous understanding of animal movements, iterative aesthetics adjustments, and detailed animation application.
