As an Associate Video Editor at MediaMax, one of the most challenging projects I handled was a promotional video for a big tourism client. The challenge was combining multiple video formats and creating a cohesive, high-quality final product. The client had high-resolution drone footage, raw clips shot by tourists on their phones, and old archival content.
To address the video quality and compatibility issues, I utilized DaVinci Resolve's powerful features. I utilized color grading tools to attain visual consistency and used different codecs to match the varying video formats.
The final product was a seamless blend of high-definition and lower-quality clips that told a compelling story about the destination. This project not only enhanced my technical skills but also underlined the importance of adaptability and creative solutions in video editing.
