I use toolsets like Google Trends and BuzzSumo to monitors popular keywords and topics, and regularly attend webinars and industry conferences to gain insights from thought leaders.
One of the recent trends I've incorporated into our strategy is user-generated content (UGC). Recognizing the immense value that UGC has in creating authentic connections and building trust with audiences, we developed a hashtag campaign encouraging our followers to share their unique experiences with our brand's product. My role in this involved discussing the concept with the team, coordinating the campaign, and monitoring responses.
The campaign was more successful than we initially projected. It significantly increased our engagement metrics - likes, shares, and comments—and injected a fresh, relatable touch into our brand narrative. This strategy has since become a staple in our social engagement arsenal.
