In my role as an Associate Manager at GadgetWorld, a significant part of my responsibility was ensuring that our operations were customer-centric. One initiative that I'm proud of is the implementation of a comprehensive customer feedback system.
We realized that to truly put the customer first, we needed to understand their experiences and needs better. So, we set up a system that collected customer feedback post-purchase through email surveys. Using a tool called SurveyMonkey, we were able to gather and analyze this data to identify common complaints and areas for improvement.
