I have been working as an AI Engineer at XYZ, where I have applied Azure Cognitive Services in several projects. Specifically, I utilized Azure's Natural Language Processing (NLP) services on a project aimed at improving customer service response.
The project involved designing an AI-powered bot that could understand customer queries, categorize them correctly, and provide accurate responses. We chose the combination of LUIS and QnA Maker from Azure Cognitive Services to handle query processing and categorization. I was involved in training the LUIS model with our dataset and integrating the responses we created in QnA Maker.
