ebullient

To be ebullient is to bubble over with a joy that cannot stay inside. The Latin root ebullire means to boil up. An ebullient person doesn't just smile politely: the excitement spills into gestures, laughter and fast talk, and it lifts everyone nearby. A team turns ebullient after winning a trophy. In the animation, a man leaps into the air and golden bubbles burst from his collar like a kettle on the boil.
