Charisma is not the same as being liked. The Greek root meant a divine gift: an effortless personal pull that changes what a room is doing the moment you enter it. People follow a charismatic leader before they have even decided to agree. In the animation, a man walks down the street and a barber, a waiter, and even a dog abandon their work to follow him.
