In my role as a Digital Marketing Associate at Zenith Creations, a part of my responsibility is to engage our customer base across multiple platforms effectively. One strategy that proved successful was our 'Design Your Zenith' campaign on Instagram.
In this campaign, we called for our followers to design their own product utilizing an online designing tool we provided. The best designs, selected by our panel, were then rewarded with custom-made products based on their designs. This strategic initiative increased our customer engagement drastically, as followers felt personally involved.
We used Instagram Ads to promote the campaign, and used social listening tools to track conversations, sentiments, and trends around it. Post-campaign analysis showed a 30% increase in our online engagement and a 40% rise in positive sentiments towards our brand. This campaign not only boosted our engagement but also provided insightful user data to understand our audience better.
