While working at FrameBender Studios, I participated in creating an animation series for a popular children's channel. Our aim was to deliver high-quality animation that was both educating and entertaining. Our team comprised storyboard artists, illustrators, animators, and sound engineers. I was responsible for animating complex sequences and coordinating between the different departments.
We worked closely together using tools like Slack for communication, Asana for project management, and Git for version control. One challenge we faced was meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high animation quality. To counter this, we implemented daily stand-ups to identify and resolve bottlenecks quickly.
