In my role as an AI Engineer at DeepCom Tech, I have been directly involved in the deployment of AI solutions that address practical business problems. A notable project was developing a churn prediction model for a major telecom client, aiming to reduce their customer attrition rates. For this project, we utilized the Random Forest algorithm, leveraging tools like Python and TensorFlow to handle data processing and model training. The process involved analyzing historical data to understand patterns in customer behavior, which were then used to train our model.
The implementation of this model allowed us to predict potential churn with a high degree of accuracy. By integrating this system, our client was able to proactively intervene with at-risk customers, ultimately reducing churn by 10%. This project not only reinforced my skills in AI but also highlighted the critical role of machine learning in strategic business decisions, contributing significantly to client retention and satisfaction.
